  • Filling out and signing a Registration Lease Form with Rail Car Enterprises LLC at the museum office.
  • You can reserve a bunk space (or spaces) 14 days in advance of the intended use date by contacting the museum office, either in person, by phone at 608-522-4261, or online lower on this page, and paying the current lease fee for the spaces reserved. You can reserve a bunk space even if you have not filled out a Registration Lease Form, but prior to using the bunk space you must have a signed Registration Lease Form on file with the museum office.
  • The initial bunk lease fee, per bunk space, shall be $15 per night. Rail Car Enterprises shall annually set the bunk lease fee. The lease fee is intended to cover the costs of operating the Car and increased or lowered depending on the amount of use and the cost of operating the Car.
  • Each bunk will have a 6” foam mattress with a vinyl cover. You will have to bring your own pillow, linen, or sleeping bag to place on the mattress. Please do not lay directly on the covered mattress.
  • An “O” key can be used to access the bunk car. Please keep the doors locked when the car is not being used.
  • Follow the Bunk Car Rules posted in the Car.
